YES YES YES!! This vocalises everything I have been thinking/feeling about the movement today. I think it’s also a passive mentality that we aren’t encouraged to encourage and support eachother in our activism. Personally, I am too envious of the protests of riot grrrl and second wave feminism. But also the climate and mentality that allowed these events to take place. There was a real sense of support and not-self doubt amongst feminists that I feel has been lost
